At Chichi Town Toys, we’re as excited as you are to get your toys delivered! Here’s what to expect when you place an order with us.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS for domestic orders. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way.

Shipping Locations

Currently, we ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding to other countries in the future!

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, please allow a bit of extra time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the item. We do not offer free shipping at this time.
