Exchanges and Refunds
Due to the nature of our business and the products we sell, purchases are not eligible for a refund or return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. I
f you received the wrong item, or the item arrived damaged*, please contact us right away and we will be happy to help by:

  • Providing a replacement when possible
  • Covering the cost of return shipping for a refund

To start a replacement, you can contact us at chichitowntoys@gmail.com. Please note that replacements will need to be sent to the address we will provide upon request.

If your replacement is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted, and will not be returned.

If you find out after opening a model kit, blind box, or other sealed product, that the item is missing a piece or has a manufacturing flaw, you must contact the manufacturer and issue a warranty claim.
